Plan Details

  • Sponsored features – To meet the demand of your application, you may want new features to be added to Orbeon Forms. With a Proactive Support plan, you can use your credits to "sponsor" the implementation of a feature you need in Orbeon Forms. We will implement the features you need when you need them on a fixed budget. Sponsored features are folded in to the Orbeon Forms code base and licensed under the LGPL open source license.
  • Accruing credits – Credits are accrued monthly on the anniversary day when the plan was started. If you plan includes 120 credits, you accrue 10 credits every month. If the number of credits in your plan is not a multiple of 12, you accrue the higher number or credits earlier. For instance, if your plan includes 267 credits, you accrue 23 credits for the first 3 months, and 22 credits for the next 9 months.
  • Expiration of credits – Once accrued, credits never expire as long as you keep a Proactive Support plan active. However, you can at any point accrue only as many credits as you get in one whole year with your current plan.
  • Travel expenses – Travel expenses when doing on-site consulting or on-site training are not included in this plan. They are to be paid in a timely manner after travel occurs.
  • Pre-paid – All our support plans are pre-paid.
